Speed up the SSDI claims process

One of the daunting aspects of applying for Social Security Disability benefits is the time it takes.

For many people, getting an answer to an initial application takes 90 days to 6 months. That’s a long time to wait for a reply that may not even be positive.

Even when the claim is handled in a reasonable amount of time, if it is denied, it may be 12 to 18 months before you get a hearing.

A waste of time

The entire drawn-out process can take two years. And all this time you are fighting to pay rent and put food on the table.

In the event you are turned down after this investment of two years of waiting, you have nothing to show for your patience. You are at the foot of the mountain again, beginning the long climb again.

Or you are so discouraged by this time that you just say, Forget it and walk away.

If we could sum up what we have learned in our years going up against the Social Security bureaucracy, it is this:

Don’t give up

We suggest a different approach entirely. Our strategy in these matters is to demand a hearing the moment your claim is denied the first time. Our goal is to win your benefits then and there.

We seek to intervene assertively and get benefits moving in your direction. Frankly, the conventional approach of waiting forever and still being denied is too heartbreaking to entertain.

Does it cost money to work with an attorney? Yes. But nowhere near as much as you lose by wasting two years of your life and still being told No.

Your claim and your medical records need to be in top working order to be awarded benefits. Our job is getting you there, to the point where denial doesn’t happen.

We understand your reluctance. Some attorneys take every case that comes to them and hope to win a few. That’s a waste of time. We sift through claims to identify the ones that are deserving – then we put our knowledge of the system to work for you.
