- List of an approximate average monthly expenses
- Credit card statements
- Loan statements
- Titles to automobiles, trucks, 4 wheelers, mobile homes, etc.
- Life Insurance policies
- If spouse needs to be served with divorce papers a picture of your spouse.
- Social security numbers of your spouse and children
- If a divorce with children please bring your spouses’ driver’s license number.
