Mr. Paulbeck has learned through reading psychological research articles that when the parties develop their own settlement they are more likely to follow the terms of the settlement then when a judge formulates the terms and conditions of the Family Law dispute. Also, when there are children involved hardball tactics can forever destroy a working relationship with their former spouse. It is critical that former spouses develop a working relationship so that they can do things that are in the best interest of the children.

As an attorney there is nothing more rewarding then seeing clients go through a divorce and see their self-esteem go from nothing to being totally self-confident. To see a person go from being totally dragged down into a deep depression to the point where it is hard for them to hold their head up or even smile to a person who is confident, content and happy about life is very satisfying.
