Causes of Divorce

Author Unknown:

The leading indicators of marital breakup are well-known. If one partner withdraws from conflicts, retreating instead of working things out, that’s a trouble sign. The more negative interaction the higher your likelihood of divorce. Specifically, that’s when little arguments escalate into ugly fights; when one partner criticizes or belittles the other; or when one partner interprets the others’ statements as more negative then they’re intended. Also, studies show two periods are most hazardous: The first seven years of marriage, and the time when your first child reaches 14 years of age.
