PARENTING TIME

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiff is awarded the following visitation schedule:

PLEASE PICK ONE OF EACH CATEGORY

1. Weekend – The Plaintiff is awarded alternating weekend visitation as follows: two weekends in a row for the Plaintiff one weekend for the Defendant, two weekends in a row for the Plaintiff and one weekend for the Defendant, etc. Said visitation periods are to begin Fridays at 6:00 p.m. and continue until Sundays at 7:00 p.m.

1. Weekend – The Plaintiff is award visitation on every first, third and fifth weekend of each month from Friday at 4:30 p.m. through Monday at 8:00 a.m.

1. Weekend – Plaintiff is awarded visitation on alternate weekends from 6:00 p.m. on Friday until Sunday at 6:00 p.m.

2. Wednesday – The Plaintiff is allowed visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on every Wednesday. OR ANY OTHER DAY OF THE WEEKDAY

3 Child’s Birthday – The parties will alternate child’s birthday. When it is Plaintiff’s turn he will have child from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

4. Parent’s Birthday – Plaintiff and Defendant will have visitation with child on their birthday’s.

5. Mother’s Day – Defendant will have child on Mother’s Day;

6. Father’s Day – Plaintiff will have visitation with child on Father’s Day;

7. Holiday Visitation: The Plaintiff is awarded visitation on alternate holidays.

7. Holiday Visitation – The Plaintiff is awarded alternate holiday visitation on the following holidays:

a. Memorial Day Weekend – from Friday at 6:00 p.m. until Monday at 7:30 p.m.

b. Fourth of July

c. Labor Day Weekend – from Friday at 6:00 p.m. until Monday at 7:30 p.m.

d. Halloween – from 4:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

e. Thanksgiving Weekend – from Wednesday after school until Sunday at 7:30 p.m.

f. Christmas

g. Easter

8. Christmas and Easter Visitation when becomes of School Age – The Plaintiff is awarded Christmas and Easter/Spring Break holiday visitation as follows:

a. Christmas – The parties will alternate between Christmas 1 and 2. Christmas 1 will begin when school is out for Christmas vacation until Christmas Day at 10:00 a.m. Christmas 2 will be from Christmas Day at 10:00 a.m. until when school resumes.

b. Easter/Spring Break – The parties will alternate between Easter 1 and Easter 2. Easter 1 will begin when school is out for Easter vacation through Easter Sunday. Easter 2 will be from Monday after Easter Sunday until when school resumes.

9. Summer Vacation – The Plaintiff is awarded summer vacation visitation on the last two (2) weeks in June starting at noon and return two (2) weeks latter at 7:30 p.m. and the first two (2) weeks in August starting at noon and return two (2) weeks latter at 7:30 p.m.

9. Extended Visitation: The Plaintiff is awarded one half (1/2) of any school vacations where the minor child is off for five (5) days or more.

10. Other Visitation – Any other visitation that is agreeable between the parties.

PARENTING TIME

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall have parenting time on ever Monday and Tuesday and every other weekend. Defendant shall have parenting time on every Wednesday and Thursday and every other weekend. Every year Plaintiff will have parenting time on Christmas Eve and Defendant will have parenting time on every Christmas Day. The parties will alternate holidays. For 2005 Plaintiff will have parenting time on Easter and Thanksgiving. Mother’s Day and Father’s Day will supersede the alternate weekend schedule and each party will have the children on their respective days.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that starting June 1, 2005 the parties will follow the parenting schedule below:

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties will participate in a 2/2/5/5 schedule which consists of both parents having equal amount of parenting time. The Defendant has 2 days, Plaintiff 2 days, Defendant 5 days, Plaintiff 5 days and then the schedule starts over. One parent always has Monday and Tuesday, the other parent always has Wednesday and Thursday and weekends are split.

The schedule should be followed throughout the year. The below spreadsheet provides and example of the 2/2/5/5 schedule.

Parenting Time

The parties shall exercise the following parenting time schedule:

1. Defendant father shall have the right of first refusal on those days that the Plaintiff mother is working. The Plaintiff mother shall provide her monthly work schedule to the Defendant father so that he may plan those days that he shall have the children during her work hours. The Defendant father shall advise the Plaintiff mother, in writing, each Sunday of those days that he plans to exercise his right of first refusal for the week. If, on one of the days that he elects to exercise his right of first refusal, he is unable to care for the children, then the Defendant father shall assure that other provisions are made for the children’s care until the Plaintiff mother is off from work. On those days that the Defendant father exercises his right of first refusal, the Plaintiff mother shall pick up the children from Defendant father’s residence on her way home from work.

2. The parties should alternate the following parenting time schedule for the following major holidays, with Plaintiff mother commencing the rotation, having the minor children for parenting time for the 2007 Thanksgiving holiday:

a. Thanksgiving should be from the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, until the following Monday, except that for 2007 T, the Plaintiff mother shall have the minor children from November 17, 2007, until November 24, 2007, to go to Florida.

b. Christmas Eve should be from the last day of school for the Christmas break until Christmas Day at 1:00 p.m.

c. Christmas Day should be from 1:00 p.m. on December 25th until December 30th.

d. New Years Eve should be from December 30th at 1:00 p.m., until January 1st at 1:00 p.m.

e. New Years Day should be from 1:00 p.m. on January 1st until school resumes.

f. Easter should be from Thursday until Monday morning.

g. Memorial Day should be from Friday until Tuesday morning;

h. 4th of July should be from July 3rd until July 5th.

i. Labor Day should be from Friday until Tuesday.

3. Halloween should be from October 31st, until November 1st, with Plaintiff mother having odd years and Defendant father having even years.

4. The parties shall alternate all other school breaks of the minor children.

5. Defendant father shall have parenting time every year on his birthday and on the Father’s Day weekend from Friday until Monday.

6. Plaintiff mother shall have parenting time every year on her birthday and on the Mother’s Day weekend from Friday until Monday.

7. The parties shall alternate the children’s birthdays, with all of the children staying together.

8. Each party shall have up to two weeks of annual vacation parenting time with the minor children, which may be consecutive. In odd years, Plaintiff mother should advise Defendant father of her intended vacation time by May 1, and Defendant father should advise Plaintiff mother of his intended vacation time by May 15. In even years, Defendant father should advise Plaintiff mother of his intended vacation time by May 1, and Plaintiff mother should advise Defendant father of her intended vacation time by May 15.

9. Any other times agreed upon by the parties.

10. The holiday parenting time schedule shall supersede the regular parenting time schedule.

The visitation times shall remain until said children attain the age of majority, until the parties mutually agree on other arrangements, or until further order of the Court.
